We suggest you to filter your queries by subject, color, universe, price. All our items are standard size.

After having signed up for an account, you can save your selection by clicking on the “heart button” located next to each product, allowing you to find in your “wish list" the articles you are interested in.

You can also buy at one click without signing up for an account and access the payment process directly.

Decide whether you want to receive your order at home or pick it up at our shop. Select your prefered payment method then click “proceed to checkout".

You will then receive your tracking number by e-mail.

You can associate PayPal with your RINATILAKEL.COM account to save your details in your PayPal account.

Simply select "Remember my PayPal information for future purchases". PayPal will redirect you to the gateway where you can finalize the associated account process.

Shipments

Shipping Method and Fee

Type of shipment: 

1. In-store (possibility to collect products that were purchased online for free at our physical shop) Fees: free / delivery time: from 2 to 4 working days.

2. Home delivery:

Israel : shipping: 8 euros / delivery time: 5 to 10 working days

International: 8 euros / delivery Time: 10 to 20 business days

Free shipping on orders over 100 euros.

Warning: 

During promotional periods, the delivery time may be longer. We will inform you of the dispatch of the package as soon as it leaves our workshop.

Shipment, Customs, Duties and Taxes 

All items purchased from Rinati Lakel are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. 

The use of the Rinati Lakel site is intended only to people and entities able to form legally binding agreements and with the purpose of purchasing items for personal use by themselves or as gifts. 

Rinati Lakel offers worldwide shipping. 
The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. 

Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient specified on the delivery address. Rinati Lakel has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond Rinati Lakel’s original delivery estimates.

1. Home delivery

You can check the status of your order by visiting my RINATI LAKEL account / my orders.

2. In-store delivery

We will notify you by e-mail or phone as soon as your order has arrived at the RINATI LAKEL store. You will need to provide with your order number and ID card.

Mistake in your order or item with a defect

If you receive an item that has a defect, or that you have not ordered, we will refund these items as well as shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our workshop and after verifying the condition of the accessory.

Exchanges and Returns

If an item does not suit you, you have 15 days from the day of reception of your article to exchange it for another product or to make a return request.

Before returning the articles, please contact the Customers' Service Departement by Phone or by Mail. We Will be happy to give you instructions on how to return your order.

Customised, special order or sales won't be accepted.

The expenses of the first order and the return are chargeable to the Customer.

Exchanges and returns in shop

Visit our physical RINATI LAKEL shop with the item you wish to exchange or return. Fill out the exchange or return form provided with your order. You can also print it by going to the RINATILAKEL.COM site, selecting "my account" at the bottom of the page and then accessing "return of goods".

Exchanges and Returns via Postal Mail

You have up to 15 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your order.

Add to the original packaging or the one of your choice, the item (or items) you purchased (making sure it is properly sealed ) with the original label and the exchange or return form

If you wish to make an exchange or a return, select on the return form the corresponding articles you wish to exchange or return.

You can also print it by going to the RINATILAKEL.COM site, selecting "my account" at the bottom of the page and then accessing "my returns of goods".

This service is not available if you placed your order on MODLI.COM

Conditions of Exchanges and Returns

Items exchanged or returned must be in the same condition as when you received them, in their original packaging and with their original label.

We will check the condition of the items and we will carry out the exchange or refund of returned items within 15 calendar days, from the date of reception of your return to our workshop.

In the case of an exchange or return by post, the shipping costs will not be taken care of.
