Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Eco Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

1. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
The right to withdraw of 14 days is not valid for the appropriate delivery in hands, but only in case of remote sale.
The Customer can exercise his right to withdraw, without motive, within 14 ( fourteen) working days as from the reception of the Product by returning it to his original packing. Valid only if the product was not carried. The date of reception is the one indicated by the site of follow-up of parcel of The Post office.
The cooling-off period runs as from the day of the reception of the Product and up to the dispatch date indicated on the parcel of return.
The Customer has to return the Product to Rinati Lakel.

The right to withdraw, if it is validly exercised, allows the Customer to obtain the repayment of its order for a maximum extension of thirty days. “Its order” consists of ordered products and excludes shipment costs.
In case of partial return of a order or a deterioration of any returned Product, Rinati Lakel pays off the Customer to the relevant amount the value of one or several returned Products.
2. FOLLOW-UP OF THE EXECUTION OF THE ORDER
The Customer can follow the execution of his order without other cost than the normal cost of communication, by e-mail sent in email@example.com
3. AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Rinati Lakel makes a commitment to answer as quickly as possible, and at the latest in 2 working days, to any order or complaint which reaches her.
The after-sales service answers the calls and the mails in English or in French. The Customer is asked to use one of these languages in any communication.

4. PRICE RATES, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
In case of tax, delivery taxes are at the customer’s expense
At the request of the customer, an invoice can be sent to the Customer with the Product.
The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros or dollars.
